My keyboard stopped working after a cyber attack, and Windows locked it down. I'm currently using the on-screen keyboard. The third light on the keyboard is on and won't turn off, even though it did before the attack. What can I do to get the keyboard back on?

My computer was locked with a message stating my IP address was used without my knowledge to visit identity theft virus websites. I tried calling the provided number but was hung up on. My computer is an HP Bang & Olsen Spectre with external speakers. The issue started about ten minutes ago when I opened my computer to search for a book app. How can I resolve this issue and ensure my computer's security?

I have two old Brother MFC-6490CW printers that need new print heads. Is it worth taking them to a repair service in Las Vegas, or can I attempt to fix them myself? The printers are connected via USB and are showing a Print Error 46. I normally print from a laptop only, and I cannot clear the stuck print heads. The models are about 10-12 years old and have issues with clogged heads due to low usage.

I need help logging into my Instagram account. I was linked to it through Facebook, but I can't log in anymore. I tried to log in on my girlfriend's iPhone and it worked, but now they suspect phishing. I also tried the 'Forgot Password' option, but it doesn't recognize my email.
