I am trying to log in as a new user on the Hilton Lobby system but am having trouble with my User ID and password. I have tried all possible ways with my Human Resources manager, but it is impossible. I think I have the incorrect User ID and password. How can I resolve this issue, or can you send me a temporary ID and password?
