My Kindle Paperwhite, purchased in 2018 and rarely used, has stopped charging. The screen displays a 'Low Battery' message. I have tried using a different charger but it still doesn't charge. What can be done to resolve this issue?

I am not tech-savvy and am having trouble logging into my Google account. I forgot my password and tried to recover it, but the code I received was incorrect. I also noticed an unknown account named 'Gruff elf 47 something' and created a new account, but now I can't use maps, receive MMS texts, or play games. I don't know what else is affected. Can you help me?

When I turned on my Vizio D32f-J04 TV, I encountered a multitude of questions to be answered and couldn't use any buttons on the remote except for those related to apps I don't subscribe to. The TV also displayed an error message 'SmartCast Home not available' with error code 2601_1. How can I resolve this issue without paying additional fees?

I just bought the bundle from Hulu that includes Disney Plus, but when I try to log in to Disney Plus, it says my account has been deleted and to contact customer support. Can you help?

I have been trying to open the TurboCAD windows program since I purchased, but I keep getting an error popup. I have reloaded the program and it still won't work. If this cannot be fixed, I want a refund, please.
