My Lumix TZ60 camera, which has been in excellent service for several years, has developed a fault where it will not focus. I am using the auto mode, which I have always used, but when I half-press the shutter to focus, the camera tries but does not come to a focus. The lens appears clear of dirt, scratches, or smudges. What can be done to troubleshoot and potentially fix this issue?

I need to delete an old Snapchat account but I created a new one after it, and it won't let me log in.
