My modem isn't working, and I can't connect to the internet on any of my devices. I've been trying to resolve this issue with CenturyLink, but I'm not getting anywhere. My phone number is incorrectly identified as not being a CenturyLink number, and I can't access my account number because it's stored on my iPad, which I can't connect to the internet. What should I do next?
