I am in the middle of printing a big project and mistakenly added paper in front of the stash instead of behind. The printer grabbed a big wad of paper and stopped. On the menu is a code 034004. Can you get me going again? Additionally, the printer requires a password to update the driver software, which I don't have, and blue ink is not printing at all.
