My new Windows 7 computer with 6 GB of RAM is running very slow. I have tried a full AVG virus scan, CCleaner, Cleanup, and Defrag. It was fast when I bought it, but now it's very slow. What could be causing this and what can I do to fix it?

I lost email files after a power failure and upgraded Thunderbird in an attempt to restore them. Currently running Thunderbird 3.1.2 on Vista on an HP laptop with an AMD x2 processor and 3GB RAM. How can I recover my lost email files?

My AOL address book was apparently hacked and used to send a link to "phsygen". I have received several postmaster non-delivery messages. Does this mean that my address book is permanently available to these people and/or is there anything I can do to prevent this again?

I purchased System Mechanic from Best Buy, but it won't load properly and I keep getting error messages (failure code 323-A, critical error 424, and internal error run time 460:149). Why won't this item work?

I have just installed a Pinnacle VHS Saver. I get to the screen where I have to input the recording time, but nothing happens. I can see the 'Start Recording' option, but I cannot proceed because I cannot input a recording time. Can you assist me?
