My pay date for my service has been inconsistent and I would like it to be changed to the 24th or 27th of the month. I also need to know the current rate I pay. Can you help me with this?

Please cancel my subscription. Do not auto renew. Thank you. Lois Follett. I have a Dell Intel CORE i3 computer purchased in January 12, 2016. I no longer have the same computer. Every month, I am billed $9.99 for a driver support subscription. I would like to eliminate that charge.

I'm trying to get my Microsoft account unlocked. I've already tried resetting my password and filling out the verification form, but I haven't received any response. I've also tried calling Microsoft's support number, but I can't talk to anyone. What else can I do to resolve this issue?
