My payment was declined because my credit card number was changed. I would like to pay this bill myself directly from my checking account. May I have the information so I can send the payment? Additionally, I am not interested in paying a one-time join fee and a monthly membership fee for JustAnswer. Can you send me a paper copy to pay from that instead?

I have a Kindle Fire and have lost my internet connection. When I turn on wireless in settings, it shows no wireless networks, and the wireless automatically turns off when I leave the screen.
