My PC turns on, but my keyboard, mouse, and monitor don't detect anything. I've tried both USB and wireless connections for the mouse, switched ports, and held down the power button for 10 seconds to power off and on multiple times. What could be the issue and what else can I try?

When I try to link my account, I am told 'the account has already been linked'. Then why can't I read anything online? I have a print subscription to the New York Times and I cannot read the online articles. When I put in my subscription number as requested, I get a response that 'this account is already linked'.
