My personal Facebook page was disabled almost a year ago with no warning or reason, and my appeal was denied. I had a business page attached to it, which is still active but I can't access it as the administrator. I downloaded the data Facebook allowed within 30 days, but the files won't open on my laptop. How do I open these files and gain access to my business page? Can I add my business page to my 'new' Facebook page so I can update it?

All my Google Calendar data disappeared. I have an HP Windows 10 computer and may have installed updates recently. I still have all the info on my cell phone. Where are you viewing this - on Outlook or on your computer?

I imported photos from my camera into Google Photos on my MacBook Pro (OS10) and then deleted the memory stick. I can't find the imported photos and need help locating them or transferring them to an existing Google Photos album. Additionally, I was charged an additional $39 for remote assistance, which I'm unsure covers the current issue.
