I purchased a new cell phone and reinstalled Venmo. It asked for my account info which I provided but it wouldn't accept it. When I spoke with your associate, they asked if I had used a debit card, which I didn't remember since it had been so long ago. I'm assuming I did since it rejected my banking account information and I have since had a few updated debit cards due to losing or misplacing them. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I believe someone has hacked my computer and changed my Amazon account password, preventing me from accessing it. Additionally, it appears someone is tampering with my PayPal account, which I didn't even know I still had. I have not checked any other accounts for tampering, especially those with the same username and password. I also think I had a Geek Squad account but was told it was probably cancelled due to non-payment of the renewal fee.

My HP Pavilion 24 computer cannot boot. I hear only an error message when I hold down the power button. I have tried unplugging the computer for ten seconds and plugging it back in, and I have tried pressing F10 to change the default to factory settings, but it still doesn't work. The hard disk has no system file. What should I do?

I am a user of a yahoo.de email account and live most of the time in Indonesia. I hear that Indonesia is removing the operating license for Yahoo. Does this mean I can't use my Yahoo account anymore outside of Indonesia? I will be back in Indonesia in 3 weeks and wonder whether I can use my Yahoo mail in the future in Indonesia. What is Yahoo's opinion about the operation of their products in Indonesia?
