My primary HDD C: has gone from having about 60 GB of space available to being full in the last few days. I have installed no new programs and no major downloads. I have found two 'systems' files in the System Volume Information folder that are approximately 53 and 66 GB each. Additionally, when I run my Raxco HD defragmenter on C:, I find that there are 136,051 MB of space in a category called 'Excluded'. What could be causing this and how can I resolve it?

We have a home network with 2 computers and 2 printers. One computer running Windows XP can print to both printers, but the other running Vista can only print to the Dell laser printer. When trying to print to the Kodak inkjet, it shows a message saying there's no driver installed and another error code. I have tried downloading and running a removal tool and the driver, and have restarted both computers multiple times. Can you help?
