My printer had a paper jam in the rear, and after clearing the jam, two back pieces fell out and I can't get them back in. Is there any loose paper in the paper tray? Have you tried to clear the jam yourself? Is there anything else the Printer Expert should know before I connect you? The printer model is J47800.

I was mistakenly charged multiple times for $63.31 and $66.97 by DecoupageNapkins.com. I need one of the $63.33 charges and the $66.97 charge removed. Additionally, I was initially told it would cost $1.00 but was charged $46.00. I need these charges reversed and will be contacting my credit card holder to dispute them if necessary.
