I recently received a Dell Inspiron laptop and have successfully set it up and used the internet. However, I am unsure how to activate and use the many other features the machine has. I understand that traditional handbooks are no longer provided due to cost. How can I learn to use features like creating an email address, and can you suggest a resource that would help me, a 75-year-old user, to get started?

I am a real novice at this. I got locked out of my McAfee service because I forgot the password and tried it too many times. I just want to know how to unlock it and reset the password without cut and paste because I do not know how to accomplish that. I need a real simple answer or a number to call and have someone talk me through it.

All my incoming e-mail goes to the Junk mail folder in Microsoft Outlook 2007, even after I have checked the 'no automatic filtering' option in the Junk E-mail settings. What can I do to resolve this issue?
