My Ring camera unit will not come back online after charging the batteries for 24 hours. The unit keeps indicating no internet connection, even though other devices have internet access. Additionally, I recently changed my credit card, and I'm concerned that Ring might not have processed my yearly payment, causing my account to be inactive. Can you check if I still have an active account and assist with resolving the internet connection issue?

I’m trying to set up an Epson Expression Photo XP-970. I believe I may have touched a place that I wasn’t supposed to in order to get the ink cartridges in. It’s saying that the ink cartridges are not installed correctly. It refuses to go on. Are you getting any error messages? Are you able to open the lid that covers the cartridges on your printer?
