I cancelled my Amazon Prime subscription four months ago, but I am still being charged and remain signed up. I am frustrated and want to know how to properly cancel the subscription and get a refund.

We have a subscription on our CIBC account from May and June that we no longer want to have. We have not and are not using it. My husband, Ray Wiman, also has access to this account but does not know what the subscription is called. It might have something to do with photoaging. The May bill charge was $7.20 and the June bill has 3 charges totaling $36. How can we cancel this subscription?
