My service was accidentally disconnected and was supposed to be restored on June 10th by 5:00 pm, but it still hasn't been restored. I received a text confirming the restoration, but the service is still not on. I tried unplugging and plugging back in the device, but it still doesn't work. What should I do to get my service restored?

I received an email supposedly from Microsoft stating that my email account was out of date and recipients would not receive my emails. They asked me to click on a link to update my details. I suspected it might be a hoax and did not click the link. I then sent an email to a friend, but she did not receive it, although I am still receiving emails. What should I do to ensure my emails are being received by others?

I never signed up for Microsoft 360. Remove me immediately. I will not pay for something I didn’t buy. Have you made any recent changes to your payment info, or your jo-1051 account in general? Is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before I connect you?
