My Skype works fine for PC to PC audio and video, but when I try to video call from my PC to a tablet (Samsung Galaxy 2), the video doesn't work on the tablet side. My 'face' appears on the screen, but on the tablet, there is just a 'rotating' signal. Skype has only just been set up on both devices. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

When setting up the WLAN for my Brother MFC-8890DW, I am unable to enter the password correctly. The numbers do not hold on the display when I press 'ok', and I cannot select '0' as it only shows asterisks. What should I do to correctly enter the password and set up the wireless connection?

How can I get Firefox to add Adobe to my list of "Helper Applications" when saving a downloaded PDF file, instead of only showing options like Windows Media Center, iTunes, etc.?

The keyboard on our Toshiba Qosmio is not working properly - pressing any letter results in several garbled characters appearing at once. We have tried everything to fix it but can't. Can you help?
