My Sonos subwoofer is recognized by the system but makes no sound. The light is on, and unplugging and plugging it back in doesn't work. The sub connects with Wi-Fi, and the Beam is wired to the router. All other components work fine except the sub. I've tried different audio sources like TV, tablet, and smartphone, but the sub still doesn't work. Are there any other troubleshooting steps I can try?
