My stepmother has a Toshiba Satellite laptop with Windows 8.1 that needs a wipe and reload. I don't have the original Windows 8 disk. Should I get the Windows 8.1 OEM version from Amazon for $80 with overnight shipping or the full version for $120? What are the risks/issues with the OEM version versus the full version? Is there a way to wipe and reload without the Windows 8 media since I have a legal version? Additionally, how do I create a system recovery disc from the recovery partition for reloading Windows 8, and what are the instructions for a factory restore/reset?

I have a Dell desktop computer with Windows 10 and recently bought an HP Officejet Pro 6830 printer. I cannot find a CD drive on my computer to install the printer software from the included disc. How can I install the printer drivers and software without the disc?

I just updated to Windows 7. When I sign on, I can click on the Windows circular button to see my 3 favorite games, including Spider Solitaire. It appears with 3 levels, and I clicked the 3rd level because I consider myself a good player. However, I am unable to play at this level, and I need to be able to click on the 1st level. The reset level option does not appear, and every time I click on Spider Solitaire, it immediately goes to the 3rd level without showing the level options. How can I make the reset levels option appear again?

I need to burn a Windows Vista Home 32 bit SP2 disk to repair a Toshiba Satellite Laptop PC. The BootMGR is missing, and I am looking for a disk with the burned image of a retail version of Vista 32 bit only (no license) to download from the internet. I do not want to pay an additional $39 since I already paid for a monthly subscription, and the site I clicked on appears to be unsafe. Can you provide a better link to download the Vista image to burn to a DVD disk?

I have a Lenovo TAB S8 tablet and the touch screen isn't working. I can't turn it off either. It turns on fine, but I can't use any touch features. Any suggestions?
