My TR8620 printer started printing pink pictures last week. I tried to run a maintenance routine but it asked for a password I never set. I replaced the cyan cartridge today, and after running a print head cleaning, the test pattern looks normal, but when printing pictures, there are horizontal blue streaks. What should I do next?
