I am a recently retired faculty member at Michigan State University. I lost access to MS 365 services upon retirement, except for my email through my browser. I tried to create a new account but did it incorrectly and paid $70 for a new account. I am currently signed in to this new account but receive the message, "You are signed in but don't have access..." I need help to create a new MS account from my existing MSU account.
