My computer won't start up Windows. It shows a black screen, sometimes the HP logo, and occasionally a recovery screen, but it goes black after a few seconds. I tried using F11 and F8 keys during startup, but it didn't help. What could be the issue and what can I do to fix it?

I am unable to view available networks on my laptop. The WiFi list won't open, and there is a 'Not connected-connections are available' message blocking icons. My new Cox brand router only has one light, and I've never encountered this issue before.

I had a package sent to my address some time back and put it in my name. My husband and I have always shared the same account. Somehow I am now paying $16 extra a month. No one else shares our account. Does anyone else have access to this account? Is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before I connect you?
