My Xfinity TV service box is not working. The TV came on, but the guide and Xfinity features to access saved recordings did not respond to the remote. I unplugged the box from the TV, and now I have no service. The TV screen just asks if I want to scan stations. I changed the batteries in the remote first, which did not fix the problem.
