On 2-7-2021 and 2-8-2021, unauthorized charges of $99.99 and $49.99 were made to my account by Cleverbridge, resulting in overdraft charges totaling $140.00. The iPad the program was loaded onto was destroyed in an accident, so there was no valid internet address for the renewal. I want the $149.98 refunded to my account and my debit card information removed from your files to prevent future issues.
