On July 25, my Macbook laptop crashed. I was given a number that was claimed to be an Apple tech service number, and the person on the phone insisted I pay $200 using an Amazon gift card for tech assistance. This seems suspicious. What can I do, and is it safe to turn on my Macbook?

I need help resetting and unlocking my Apple ID. I don't have an email address or phone number linked to it, and I'm not logged into my account on any other devices. My iCloud email is ***@******.***, but when I try to reset my Apple ID, the email sent to my iCloud account is blank, and I can't forward it to another email. Additionally, my Apple ID is locked for security reasons, and I'm unable to proceed with the reset process.

In Google Sheets, I want to multiply a number in Column J by a certain number based on the dropdown item selected in Column K. Specifically, if 'Haven', 'Maintenance', or 'Onboarding' are selected in Column K, I want Column J to be multiplied by 35. If 'Trip Charge' is selected in Column K, I want Column J to be multiplied by 25. How can I achieve this?
