On my EM250 netbook, I have a WiFi download speed of 0.68 Mbps and an upload speed of 6.14 Mbps. I've tried cleaning up files, updating drivers, and installing a new WiFi adapter, but nothing has improved the download speed. What can I do to resolve this issue?
