On my “Google Favorite Screen” there are favorites that I do not use, which I would like to eliminate. The one favorite I do need is “Google” and I would like to add the icon to the screen. How can this be accomplished on my iMac Desk Top with MacOS High Sierra, 10.13.6, using Safari?

I am traveling overseas and would like to nominate a person for my NBN account. I usually access AT&T through a web browser, but it can also be done over the phone. I have experienced slow video streaming or poor connection issues in the past. Currently, there are no problems, but I want to nominate my son in case Optus needs to contact someone.

Trying to activate my business Facebook Page for Pierce Pest Control in Blackshear, GA, but it says I already have an account set up by my ex-wife and I don't have the password. Can I delete that account and start over? I'm using an iPhone, and Facebook was downloaded, not pre-installed.

I purchased an RCA laptop computer (Model W 1162) in November 2017, and I am having trouble charging the battery. The battery does not seem to hold a charge even after leaving it on the charger overnight. I have tried charging it from a different power source and am using the original charger. Could the issue be that the battery has reached the end of its life, or is there something else I should check?
