Our cable box stopped working on Saturday, and after multiple attempts to reset it with instructions from a support representative named Jen, it still doesn't work. The green light on the box flashes several times and then nothing happens. We are both 85 years old and not tech-savvy, so we need a live technician to come to our home to replace the cable box as soon as possible. If this isn't resolved within 24 hours, we will switch to another cable company.
