Our WiFi is not working. My cell phone shows that it is not connected to WiFi, even though the WiFi service keeps going off and coming on. My bill for cell usage is beyond the limit, even though I'm using the cell in the house where WiFi should be affecting the charges. We were told to return our old box as a new one was sent, but the promised package for returning was not sent. Also, a router was sent, which we would return unless we are supposed to use it. We don't know how. Can you please ensure that I have the WiFi service I am paying for?
