Outlook 2010 crashes when trying to view certain emails. Emails from some senders crash it about 90% of the time but not always. There are instances when it won’t crash it but then when I go back to view it later it will crash or vice versa. I can’t seem to find a common link with when or what emails it will crash with. My solution to view these emails is to close Outlook 2010, copy the PST file over the network to an old machine, and open the PST file in 2003 Outlook. No problems at all with the old computer.

I am trying to install 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium in Parallels Desktop on my iMac. During the installation, I get an error message stating 'The unattended answer file contains an invalid product key.' I have tried downloading and burning both X17-58996 and X17-58997 ISO files, but both give the same error. I also read that I should remove the reference to the floppy disk drive, but I don't know how to do this. Can you help?

We have a new Canon G3610 Pixma Printer and are having trouble printing email documents. The colors are fine but there is no black and white. The inkjet test pattern showed no black at all. We have tried the self-cleaning cycle and the ink is 7 months old and 3/4 full. What can we do to fix this?
