Outlook is showing a message about unlicensed product, and I have an Office 365 subscription. I can't access my account to check if the subscription has expired, even though I have the correct password. I paid $108+ in June 2017, which might have been for six months. I've been trying to find a phone number to speak with a live person since this morning, but chat only provides links. How can I resolve this issue and check my subscription status?
