Word 2007 (Home & Student) in a Win7 64-bit environment does not process the 'Send to' request - 'Send to' is grayed out and Word hangs when trying to close as the mail request is still pending. What is the solution to enable the 'Send to' function in Word 2007 to create a new message in Thunderbird with the Word document as either a DOCX or a PDF file?

I followed instructions to download Soundmax (SP28818) after it was uninstalled from my device. When trying to set it up, it states 'driver not found, reboot your system and run this setup again.' I have rebooted the device and the same message comes up. What should I do?
