rtl120.bpl shows up when I boot my Dell Inspiron 1721 with Windows 7. Despite trying various fixes, nothing has worked. The computer still functions but runs very slowly. Additionally, I have an Asus laptop with a Dell starter OS that was slow but now has the same problem after a tech looked at it. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?

I am not receiving emails on my computer, but I do receive them on my iPad. I have checked with my server, Iprimus, and there is no issue there. I am checking my email from Outlook on my computer. I have Norton security installed, and I am not aware of any antivirus or firewall settings blocking my emails. I am not very computer literate and find it difficult to troubleshoot this issue.

I am unable to get email using Outlook 2013. I have a Dell desktop computer with Cox as my internet provider. A pop-up continuously asks for the username and password. Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block me from receiving mail?
