I am very angry because my Peacock account has not worked for months, and I am still being billed. I want to cancel my subscription, but I am having issues with that. I need to speak with an actual person from Peacock to resolve this. I was given a number but it didn't work. How can I cancel my Peacock subscription and stop being billed?

I am unable to update my credit card information on iTunes. I have a Mac and an iPhone, but I'm not sure of the OS. I can't find where to update my credit card info on iTunes. When I try to add a new payment method, it says it has already been added. I also can't remove existing payment methods because the Family organizer requires at least one payment on file, and I don't owe any money. What should I do?
