I have Stopzilla, but it has not been able to eliminate PriceGong, Hot Deals pop-ups. What can I do to get rid of it?

I was having an EarthLink tech support guy try to fix an error on my Outlook Express email. In the process, he wiped out all of my inbox emails. This was the error: 'An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX', Server: 'pop.ix.netcom.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800C0133'. Somehow he dumped my inbox emails. How can I recover them?

I am trying to install Microsoft Flight Simulator X Deluxe Edition on my new Windows 7 64-bit computer with an Intel i7 quad-core processor, but I cannot activate the program with the Product Key. The software ran successfully on my previous XP SP3 computer. The Microsoft website states that this software is compatible with Windows 7 64-bit. What can I do to resolve this activation issue?
