I purchased the WinZip program on 7/25/21 and expanded to the full utilities for an additional $5. Since then, I have been double billed for $37.22 by Cleveridge and PayPal, and I have also been billed an additional $21.27. I have tried to contact support several times to resolve this issue, but the communication has been scrambled. Additionally, my computer is being interrupted by WinZip, prompting me to register the program, but I don't know the registration number due to the mess of emails. I am an 83-year-old handicapped individual and would prefer to resolve this over the phone. How can I get a refund for the double payments and resolve the registration issue?
