I have an iPad that's either an iPad 2 or 3. It suddenly locked down and I can't get it open. It asks for my password, but when I put it in, it rejects it. I need to change my Apple ID password because I no longer have that email address. I don't know how to reset it through Apple's online account reset tool, and I'm not computer savvy.
