The initial startup configuration for Windows 7 did not complete, and now when I turn on my laptop and click on administrator, it says account disabled, contact system admin. This is a brand new laptop, the first time I have turned it on. I can get into the computer in safe mode, but have tried a system restore and it says nothing is available. Can I restart the configuration process somehow so the factory settings can be installed properly?

I am unable to open Internet Explorer or Outlook due to an error stating 'iertutil.dll was not found'. I have tried Safe Mode but it doesn't work. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I have a ViewSonic monitor model VP225Owb and the screen is very dark. In the past, the pictures were fine, but now the desktop, icons, pictures, etc., are very dark. I have tried changing the settings using the buttons at the bottom of the monitor but that does not correct the issue. What can I do to resolve this?

I just bought the 2010 internet security for 1 year. My activation code is dj8eu-umk2b-fgaf7-1rz2a. I uninstalled my old Kaspersky and I need to know where to go to start the downloading. I just paid for this and now I have no idea where to go to continue to get this software going?

I can't get rid of Antimalware Doctor on my computer. I've tried uninstalling it through the control panel and using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, but it keeps finding and reinstalling the software. The icons and warning messages continuously pop up, making it difficult to work from home. What can I do to completely remove this software?
