I have Microsoft Outlook and Yahoo for my email. I can receive emails but can't send emails. I don't know if I should be talking with Microsoft or Yahoo to fix this problem. Additionally, I have a persistent popup asking for a network password that won't go away, and I can't sign into my Yahoo account from the mail.yahoo.com link.

My AOL account address book is deleting contact names and either leaving them blank or inserting the email address randomly. This is happening to over 300 business contacts, and I don't recognize some of the email addresses. I contacted AOL support but they couldn't help. Can you assist?
