My Facebook dating app won't load messages. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and tried using both Wi-Fi and my regular network. I'm using an Android operating system, specifically a Samsung Note 10. The Facebook app opens fine, but when I go to the dating app tab and click on messages, it just sits on the loading screen or sometimes exits out. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

I have a Windows 7 machine and just installed a new version of the OS. I'm trying to connect to the internet but it tells me that I must install a driver for the network adapter. I don't have a disk with drivers on it, and can't connect to the internet on that machine. How should I proceed to get a driver so that I can get on the Internet? Also, I plan to upgrade that machine to Windows 10 as soon as I can connect to the internet. So, would it be wise to upgrade to Windows 10 first? How should I proceed?
