There are two orders placed for my account that were not received on the date shown as delivered on tracking advice. The first order is for a Darkness Dry Shield Faraday Phone Sleeve with Order No. 113-0420057-4317813, tracking no. 28568, and amount debited $40.57. The second order is for Christmas candles with Order No. 113-9947387-6533805, tracking No. 2267, and amount debited. Both orders were supposedly left in my mailbox, but I have checked with my neighbors and they confirm they did not receive these orders by mistake. Please advise next steps toward crediting my account for both orders and if it’s too late to reorder with arrival before Christmas. One of the missing packages was a Christmas gift.
