There is something wrong with my account and Microsoft is not able to send me a 4-digit code to my phone because I use a landline, not a cell phone. My computer is an HP Notebook running Microsoft software. I am trying to start using Skype but am told that someone else is using my password, which is actually me. I recently got an AT&T cell phone where I used my Microsoft password. What should I do to resolve this issue and can I choose a new password?

I am getting a pop-up stating my computer is infected with a virus and to call a specific number immediately. They claim to be contracted by Microsoft to solve this problem. Is this a legitimate company, and how can I get rid of the pop-up?

I have just loaded Pinnacle ver 20 on my Dell All-in-One computer running Windows 10 64-bit and am having problems getting it to work. I would like to get Michael Hannigan who solved the problem before. I have only installed Pinnacle 20 recently. If you can get Hannigan, please tell him it's the same problem as before.

I am working with an Excel workbook that has three sheets: (1) Enter Data Sheet, (2) Data Base Sheet, and (3) List Sheet. I need to enter daily information for employees into the Enter Data Sheet and transfer this data to the Data Base Sheet using command buttons. Additionally, I want to regenerate previous day's information into the Enter Data Sheet for each employee and add new day's information to the Data Base Sheet. At the end of the week, I need to select an employee and the week from drop-down lists to populate the Enter Data Sheet for printing. Should I use VBA/Macros or Data Validation for this, and how can I achieve this functionality?
