I am not receiving emails at upload***@******.***. I am using a mail client and there are no antivirus or firewall settings blocking mail. Over time, my access has decreased to the point where it is now minimal.

I need to find out what password was used for my Apple account. I got this iPhone 11 three days ago and the lady helping me transferred data from my iPhone 6, but I can't remember the password she used.
