Two weeks ago, I took an Uber from * to Strong Place in Brooklyn. It was Mother's Day, and I had a lot of packages. I left a suitcase filled with my clothes in the car. I just realized it because I went there Friday to retrieve the clothes, and that suitcase was not there. I am sure it was left in the car because all other packages were in Brooklyn from that day, but the one suitcase.

I have forgotten the password for my Dell Latitude 6230 laptop. I have tried to reset it, but now when I turn on the laptop, it goes straight to the DELL SECURITY MANAGER screen, which says 'This computer system #1GSF8W1-6FF1 is protected by a password ***** system. You cannot access data on this computer without the correct password. Please type the system or administrator password.' What should I do?
