I have an AcerScan320u scanner with Windows XP. When I try to scan or copy, I get a message saying 'STIAPI.DLL not found. Install driver.' How can I resolve this issue?

I have been using Gadwin Print Screen for several months, but now it has stopped working. Each time I attempt to use it, Windows shuts it down. I tried the free version of ScreenHunter, but I cannot print the capture as I could with Gadwin Print Screen. Why is this software better?
