USB ports on my HP Spectre laptop stopped working, and I received an error code 60A8RH-88JBM7-XD7X7G-8D5K03 during startup diagnostics. I have tried restarting the laptop and running diagnostics, but the issue persists. The Device Manager shows no problems with the USB branch, and I have tried multiple USB devices (pen drive, mouse, phone), all of which are not working. What could be causing this issue, and what steps can I take to resolve it?
