We are experiencing frequent freezing of our Yahoo email that requires logging out and back in to use. We contacted Yahoo Customer Care on July 6, 2022, and provided detailed information, including screenshots of error messages, on July 15th. We have not received a response. Could you please check if our email to Richard McManus, 1307 Cougar Run, San Antonio, Texas 78258, was received? If not, to whom can we resend our email for further assistance?
