We are getting a message on our Toshiba laptop asking for a password. It says 'PHOENIX TRUSTEDCORE (TM) SETUP UTILITY'. I do not know the password to get past this screen. My father passed away and we are trying to get pictures off of the computer to make a collage for the funeral so it's so important that I get this fixed. How can I bypass this BIOS password to access the files?

I just bought an Acer monitor (FHD 1080P) and it is connected with another monitor. I am using AutoCAD on the first monitor and the Acer monitor for text. The Acer monitor is distorted horizontally and I cannot adjust it. Can someone help?
